When I can’t log into my Canvas account

This is a question we often get asked! Make sure that you are following these steps:

  1. Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome.
  2. Check if you are logging in via uap.instructure.com 
  3. … and that you are using your uap.asia email account

If these steps do not work, kindly send UNITAS Connect ([email protected]) a screenshot of any errors you may be experiencing, and please let us know other solutions you may have tried.
