Institutional Development Program (IDP)
The Institutional Development Program (IDP) is a required initiative at UA&P for regularization, designed to foster personal and professional growth through classes and e-learning modules on the University’s principles, culture, and standards. It emphasizes integrity, holistic development, and alignment with UA&P’s strategic goals.

Teacher Development Program (TDP)
The Teacher Development Program (TDP) is a capacity-building program that equips educators with the skills and knowledge to confidently use Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS), enhancing their digital teaching competencies and supporting effective, technology-integrated instruction.

Remuneration, ID, and Parking Information

How do faculty members get paid?
At UA&P, faculty members receive their salaries according to the following schedule and payment method:
- Part-Time Faculty: Salaries are disbursed every 20th of the month through the faculty member’s enrolled or preferred bank account.
- Full-Time Faculty: Salaries are released on the 13th and 28th of each month via their designated BPI Payroll account.

How is the ID processed and procured?
Steps to process and procure the ID:
- Wait for the confirmation of your hiring as a faculty member at UA&P.
- Receive the RFID form as part of the pre-employment requirements.
- Complete the RFID form and submit it to [email protected].
- Wait for an email notification confirming that your ID is ready for pick-up.
- Proceed to the Human Resource Management (HRM) Office to collect your faculty ID once notified.

How are parking privileges secured?
All UA&P employees, whether part-time or full-time, are eligible to avail of free parking privileges.
Steps to Secure Parking Privileges:
- Prepare a copy of your vehicle’s Official Receipt/Certificate of Registration (OR/CR).
- Submit the OR/CR to Mr. Johnny Cristobal at the General Services Section, located on the first-floor landing of the ACB Building.
- Pay the minimal fee for the car sticker at the Financial Management and Reporting (FMR) Office.
- Once payment is confirmed, the car sticker will be issued, granting parking access within the campus.
